Yachts Service has ten years of experience in winter storage and repair and maintenance of small boats. Our storage facilities are located in Pirita and Kakumäe, Tallinn and in Kärdla, Hiiumaa. To provide a quicker service, we have invested in equipment in Kärdla – there we have a Roodberg 60 t trailer and a JCB tractor (for towing the trailer). We service about 100 larger and smaller vessels a year in our facilities and boatyards.
About half of the company’s clients are from Estonia, about 40% from Finland and 10% from Russia. The company is officially authorised to provide maintenance to Volvo Penta engines and is the certified maintenance and repair partner of the Danish X-Yachts A/S and German Dehler Yachts, even for performing warranty service.
Visioon
From the very beginning, the company has been aiming to develop the best service. To this end, we have invested in the construction of new facilities, in high-quality equipment and in the development of our team. Having been committed to the provision of services, such as storage of craft and all the related services, we have built a solid foundation and a team to start developing boat sales.The possibility to use the existing centres and a substantial loyal customer base are some of our great advantages for developing sales. By 2018, a new, modern Kakumae Harbour, with the necessary infrastructure, a total area of 4500m2 mand a lifting capacity up to 120 T will be completed.
A cooperation agreement has been concluded between Kakumae Harbour and YS, under which YS will provide all the necessary services and help to find customers for winter storage, which would serve the interests of the owner of the harbour. Within the scope of the Kakumae project, YS will open its new office and store area to receive customers and offer its products and services.
